TheStockRoach.com Review

Dear Students

Based on the information in the About section on their website, TheStockRoach.com is an online newsletter “extremely focused” on superior penny stock picks. Their goal is for visitors “to profit” from the undervalued companies they uncover.

The Dean took a look over at Investimonials.com and found no mention or review of TheStockRoach.com. This came as a surprise because The Dean recently noticed that this website was suggested as a resource by StockHideout.com in an email sent out on Friday afternoon.

In fact, StockHideout.com calls TheStockRoach.com a “gold mine” that can help individuals discover sub-penny stocks and other small cap stock picks that run “1000% or more!”

Although the website lists alerts or reports on several $TICKERS, many (e.g. $ZVTK, $BGOI, $MFLI, $CBAI, $KATX, $CDII, $IMGG) have been mentioned and/or promoted by a number of resources including CollegeStock and none fall under the category of gaining “1000% of more,” as StockHideout suggested.

Granted, The Dean will agree with StockHideout and say that TheStockRoach does have some entertaining pictures and commentary. However, The Dean’s curious to know the motivations behind such recommendations.

TheStockRoach.com didn’t crawl out from under a rock too long ago and the site doesn’t position itself as a stock promotion or investor awareness service. But, a simple search in Google News will turn up this press release, which was issued by iFinix Corp (OTC: INIX.PK), thanking TheStockRoach.com for its “unsolicited” endorsement.

But wait, there’s more. The press release goes on to thank InvestorsHub.com for “providing investor forums for micro-cap companies such as iFinix. Additionally, $INIX‘s CEO actually invites members of both websites to try their RealTime and ProActive Futures services at a discounted rate.

While The Dean’s quite aware that many interesting things go on behind the scenes in the small cap world, The Dean doesn’t believe that the connection between these websites to one another and $INIX is 100% coincidence.

In any given week, The Dean writes about and/or mentions at least ten companies, the majority of which he’s not compensated to talk about, comment on or alert his students to. The Dean does this because he’s made a promise to bring the latest developments, hottest penny stocks and promoted picks on the move to his students.

The Dean wants to remind all of his students to always do their homework on stocks they receive information about and the source it’s coming from.

Happy Trading, The Dean
