Dear Students

deansprereqThe Dean wants to start off by clarifying that his free stock picks of the week ARE the same thing as Prerequisite Picks and, if you’ve been doing your homework like a good student, you’d know that The Dean’s Prerequisite Picks of the Week have enabled the CollegeStock Community to make some honorable profits: $VKNG (+3433%), $ZVTK (+504%), $ATNP (+212%), $ALKN (+194%), $UNDT (+103%), $AMNP (+96%), and $MCLN (+94%)—and these are just a handful of a list of penny stock profits that grows weekly!

Let’s see what these Prerequisite Picks of the Week can do for the CollegeStock Community:

$SOLU
Solutions Group, Inc. (OTC: SOLU.PK) creates greater value for its shareholders by leveraging its core engineering competencies into other opportunities including royalty partnerships, intellectual property creation and selective acquisitions. The Dean believes $SOLU could see some action with a follow-up to last week’s announcement that its subsidiary, idrive Monitoring Systems, has released Q4 2009 sales numbers which exceeded projections.

$MCII
Mariner’s Choice (OTC: MCII.PK) manufacturers and markets high-performance, eco-safe retail, commercial and industrial products utilizing leading-edge biodegradable technologies. In early January, $MCII expanded their strong outlook for 2010 and, more recently, announced a purchase order from NRG Save Inc. for $100,000. This progression leads the The Dean to think there could be more good news to come for this green products company.

$HCKI
Hackett’s Stores, Inc. (OTC: HCKI.PK) offers various brands of clothing for men, women, and children, as well as a range of athletic, casual, and work footwear. Friday, $HCKI announced that it will be significantly reducing its number of authorized shares 5 billion to 750 million—that’s an 85% decrease and could make this penny stock appealing for daytraders or investors who like small cap retail stocks.

$TDEY
3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (OTC: TDEY.PK) ompany provides stereo and multi view consulting and integration services; service conversions of flat 2D properties to 3D stereo and multi view formats; digital signage, a large format auto stereoscopic displays for advertisers; and turnkey systems. On January 22, $TDEY announced that the company’s 3-D conversion for Michael Jackson’s “Earth Song” will be featured at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards show tonight. Friday, $TDEY signed a license agreement with Artfest International, Inc. (OTC: ARTS.OB), which will enable 3D Eye to enter into the multi-billion dollar fine art and sports collectibles and memorabilia market. Interesting developments, indeed.

$KLGG
Klegg Electronics, Inc. (OTC: KLGG.PK) engages in the manufacture and distribution of consumer electronics (speakers, flat panel televisions, LCD televisions, mobile electronics) to retailers and consumers in the United States. Friday, $KLGG exploded as much as 1700%, before closing 627% in green territory, trading more than 18 million shares. The Dean’s not sure what’s going on with this sub-penny but he thinks it’d be worth it for him and his students to do their homework on this market mover.

$MDHI
Medical Alarm Concept Holdings, Inc. (OTC: MDHI.OB) focuses on the provision of personal response monitoring services and related products to subscribers with medical or age-related conditions. Last month, $MDHI signed an agreement with AdEx Media, Inc. (OTC: ADXM.OB) to market and provide lead generation for $MDHI‘s two-way voice pendant, known as MediPendant. Friday, $MDHI gained 105% on absolutely no news from either company and The Dean believes $MDHI is one to watch this week.

Happy Trading, The Dean
