As The Dean taught his students in the Honor Roll on Friday, Man Sang International (B.V.I.) Limited (AMEX: MHJ) engages in the purchase, process, assembly, merchandise, and wholesale distribution of pearls, pearl jewelry products, and jewelry products primarily in Hong Kong. Friday, $MHJ and their wholly owned subsidiary, Creative Gains Limited, entered into a definitive merger agreement with China Metro, in an all stock transaction expected to be completed by March 31, 2010.

$DRAM
Dataram Corporation (NASDAQ: DRAM) a worldwide leader in the manufacture of high-quality computer memory, storage products, software, and services. $DRAM recently announced the signing of a strategic teaming agreement with Government Acquisitions, Inc., a proven provider of IT infrastructure solutions and a trusted advisor to the federal government with revenues exceeding $215 million.

$BPAX

Thomas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (OTC: TPHM.PK) is a pharmaceutical company focused on their line of antacid products. Friday morning, $TPHM announced that it entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to merge with Global Medical Equipment of AZ, LLC. While there are several terms of the agreement, the merger is transaction is set to close in Q2 2010.
