Dear Students

deansprereqThe Dean wants to start off by clarifying that his free stock picks of the week ARE the same thing as Prerequisite Picks and, if you’ve been doing your homework like a good student, you’d know that The Dean’s Prerequisite Picks of the Week have enabled the CollegeStock Community to make some honorable profits: $VKNG (+3433%), $ZVTK (+504%), $ATNP (+212%), $ALKN (+194%), $UNDT (+103%), $AMNP (+96%), and $MCLN (+94%)—and these are just a handful of a list of penny stock profits that grows weekly!

Let’s see what these Prerequisite Picks of the Week can do for the CollegeStock Community:

$SFIO
Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (OTC: SFIO.PK) engages in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of smokeless nicotine delivery cigarettes and you guessed it, the company’s cigarettes are electronic devices that are smoke-free and tobacco-free. $SFIO recently announced the company is preparing for the “imminent launch” of their REAL Smokefree product. The Dean thinks $SFIO could see some action with news, and the company’s first year sales projections of $50 million certainly gets the attention of investors.

$WNMX
Winmax Trading Group, Inc. (OTC: WNMX.PK) has a strategic content delivery platform for entertainment, technology, enterprise, and government entities around the world. $WNMX and the company’s subsidiary, bnetTV.com, have seen news pretty consistently over the past couple of weeks. The Dean believes this has put $WNMX on the radar and this sub-penny stock could definitely move on more news.

$BSOM
Bio-Solutions Manufacturing, Inc. (OTC: BSOM.OB) focuses on the production, development, and sale of biodiesel fuel and crude glycerin using yellow fat and trap grease. $BSOM recently entered into an agreement with Nexxt Vision that will allow the Company’s products to be manufactured and brought to market. Additionally, $BSOM has released a new and improved website to coincide with their marketing and national awareness campaign.

$BIEL
BioElectronics Corporation (OTC: BIEL.PK) develops and markets drug-free anti-inflammatory patches. The company’s products include ActiPatch Therapy, a dermal drug-free, painless, and pulsed energy patch with an embedded battery operated microchip that delivers pulsed electromagnetic frequency therapies to accelerate healing of soft tissue injuries. $BIEL recently announced the submission of their existing FDA approved medical device for reclassification as a Class II medical device, and has filed an application for pre-marketing approval (PMA). If you’ve been around penny stocks over the past couple of months, you’ve certainly heard about $BIEL and know that many investors are holding and watching this stock.

$BGOI
Bonanza Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTC: BGOI.OB) an independent energy company, engages in the exploration, production, and development of crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids in the United States. The company owns a 22.5% working interest in three oil and gas wells located in Gonzales County, Texas. Last month, $BGOI announced restructuring of senior debt, which could allow the company to acquire “proven properties.” If this plan gets kick-started this week, The Dean would keep an eye on $BGOI.

$ISR
IsoRay, Inc. (AMEX: ISR) engages in the development, manufacture, and sale of isotope-based medical products and devices for the treatment of cancer and other malignant diseases in the United States and internationally. $ISR gained as much as 120% on news that the company’s Cesium-131(Cs-131) had been administered successfully in October with no evidence of cancer recurrence or any side effect in the Weill Cornell Medical Center patient. The Dean believes $ISR fell about 30% Friday as a result of profit-taking, which makes $ISR a prime candidate for picking.
