Penny Stock Chaser is ALL OVER $WDAS

World Assurance Group (OTC: WDAS) and its subsidiary Anav Holdings Corporation are engaged in all types of real estate transactions, including direct ownership, co-investment with other institutions and developers, and the acquisition of distressed debt and non-performing loans.
Over the past couple of weeks, $WDAS has reported a number of business developments and partnerships which could continue to lead to increasing profit potential. The Dean has noticed that $WDAS is being promoted by PennyStockChaser.com, which has brought some volume to this stock this week.
Nevertheless, $WDAS has been up as much as 167% today on last night’s news that the company’s subsidiary would be building new, environmentally friendly homes through eliminating the production of waste typically found in most methods of building new properties.
The press release also indicates that foreign investment in Ecuador, where the company is currently engaged in business, totaled $203 million in the second quarter this year—an increase of $100 million since this time last year.
The Dean thinks $WDAS is on the move because earlier this week the company announced the signing of a proposal for an 8.5% interest of a 15 hectare private housing community. The company has also reported that 20% of the 207 homes in this community have already been sold and the next phase of the project will involve 500 additional homes.
$WDAS President Jonathan Morgan suggests that the company will continue to expand their business into more areas like Mexico, Central America and South America in the next 12 to 18 months.
$WDAS is currently up more than 100% and The Dean wants all of his students to do their homework because this could just be the beginning.
