Dear Students

At market close, The Dean of Penny Stocks began teaching the entire student body about the Optimum Opportunity The Dean sees in $OPTL.

$OPTL has leveraged their web-based services on Celect.org to gain more than 1,200 clients and a community of 1.3 million users.

The Dean thinks $OPTL looks good because the company has started to capitalize on their patented one-click technology in sectors neglected by many social networking sites like Facebook.

Recently, $OPTL proved that they mean business, bringing on Castle Quay Publishing to market its services to more than 16,000 churches in Canada. But who needs hope when $OPTL expects to contract at least 500 faith-based clients in North America with plans to add more than $1.2 million in revenues in this niche alone.

The Dean believes $OPTL has a plan for growth and is gaining momentum.

This morning, $OPTL announced a three-year contract with Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity. The Dean likes the sound of this because the contract involves more than 70 websites, for an organization with chapters on 72 college campuses throughout the country.

The Dean believes this contract opens up doors for long-term growth in the Greek Life market. With a reported 123 fraternities and sororities in the United States, $OPTL could quickly become a giant community for commerce.

And speaking of communication for commerce, The Dean believes $OPTL could rise to the occasion with stock promotion from these resources:

Happy Trading, The Dean
