Dear Students

In an effort to bring the CollegeStock Community even more fresh content about the small cap markets and world of penny stocks, The Dean presents his Daily Honor Roll of picks on the move.

$QUIX
Quixote Corporation (NASDAQ: QUIX) develops, manufactures and markets highway and transportation safety products such as signs. After-market news yesterday announced that Trinity Industries entered into an agreement to purchase $QUIX for $61 million. For day traders who got in on $QUIX as a volume play, profit-taking was a quick-fix, gaining 115% today.

$IDN
Intellicheck Moblisa (AMEX: IDN) is a developer and marketer of wireless technology and identity systems for mobile and handheld wireless devices for government, military and commercial markets. Earlier today, $IDN announced that government and military are already utilizing the company’s technology on Air Force One and at West Point. $IDN shares rose as much as 91%, hitting its 52-week high, before closing the day more than 60% in the green.

$SAPX
Seven Arts Pictures PLC (NASDAQ: SAPX) is engaged in the production and licensing of motion pictures in the UK and abroad. Earlier this month, $SAPX announced a distribution deal for 6 motion pictures with Icon Film Distribution LTD and, today, $SAPX released more good news and another distribution deal with 3 film corporations worth approximately $3 million. No need to take a picture of $SAPX at these levels because The Dean thinks this stock could see more gains next year.

And The Dean just wouldn’t be The Dean, if he didn’t point out a stock that fell flat on its face:

$EUBK
EuroBancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: EUBK) is in the process of being delisted from Nasdaq, after falling below $1.00. Today, $EUBK continued to fall another 29.58%.

Hang your head low $EUBK and make your way to the corner to find a funny-looking, cone-shaped hat with your name on it because you’re officially The Dean’s Dunce of the Day!

Stay tuned for more movers, shakers, name takers and, of course, The Dean’s Dunce of the Day next year.

Happy Trading, The Dean
