Honor Roll Stocks: $IMGM, $MMAM and $FDTC
December 24th, 2009 at 1:51 pm Posted byIn an effort to bring the CollegeStock Community even more fresh content about the small cap markets and world of penny stocks, The Dean presents his Daily Honor Roll of picks on the move.
$IMGM
Imagin Molecular Corporation (OTC: IMGM.OB) engages in the manufacture of positron emission tomography (PET) devices; the ownership of PET imaging center; and the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, heart, and neurological diseases. After market news revealed that $IMGM will acquire Planet Green Bottle, a company negotiating to acquire an oxo-biodegradable technology that utilizes sunlight to biodegrade more quickly than the estimated 1,000 years. $IMGM moved up 1500% on more than 1.1 million shares in volume, before closing 800% in the green, climbing to the top of The Dean’s Honor Roll today.
$MMAM
Medical Makeover Corp. of America (OTC: MMAM.OB) is engaged in the medical makeover/anti-aging business. Although $MMAM had no news, this penny stock makes The Dean’s List today because it gained 138% on volume of 3,255,400 shares today.
$FDTC
Focusing on the management and processing of prepaid card programs, FNDS3000 Corporation (OTC: FDTC.OB) operates as a financial transaction-processing company. Recently, $FDTC announced it will be expanding its prepaid business operations into the South African market. The Dean noticed that $FDTC‘s message boards have been dormant for about 7 months and today’s gain of 84% could just be delayed reaction to Tuesday’s news.
And The Dean just wouldn’t be The Dean, if he didn’t point out a stock that fell flat on its face:
$CHWE
ChinaWe.com Inc. (OTC: CHWE) is a self-proclaimed “top non-performing loans (NPL) service providers in Mainland China.” Falling 80% on barely 2,500 shares, The Dean thinks $CHWE should be worrying about its own performance.
Hang your head low $CHWE and make your way to the corner to find a funny-looking, cone-shaped hat with your name on it because you’re officially The Dean’s Dunce of the Day!
Stay tuned for more movers, shakers, name takers and, of course, The Dean’s Dunce of the Day next week.
