On Friday, TADF retained Rene Ferrer, Jr. as its Director of Latin America “‘to spearhead its ongoing efforts to procure aerial defense contracts with Latin American governments.” Mr. Ferrer reportedly “has successfully developed and executed numerous government related contracts throughout his career including with the U.S. Department of Defense, and other international agencies.”

(OTC: BIOR) focuses on the development of a patented, and patent-pending, medical device designed to help medical facilities dispose of contaminated fluids generated in the operating room and other medical locations. This company hasn’t released news in more than a week, but BIOR traded more than 7 times its 3 month average volume on Friday.

Zamage Digital Art Imagine, Inc. (PINK: ZMGD) and its subsidiary, Everdow Software, focus on the delivery of high-tech software solutions to the business management industry. On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, the company announced Everdow “is in the process of determining the scope of the project with Shenzhen Development Bank,” based on a previously signed contract for EverdowCRM software.
