Dear Students

Lately, The Dean’s noticed that $CLYW is one of the most popular stocks with the most searches on sites like BoardCentral.com. In fact, $CLYW has more than 34,500 posts on InvestorsHub.com.

This type of activity prompts The Dean to do his homework to make sure his students aren’t missing out on anything.

Calypso Wireless, Inc. (OTC: CLYW.PK), formerly known as Kleer-Vu Industries, Inc., operates as a holding company with 3 subsidiaries: Industria de Telecomunicaciones Americanas ATEL, S.A. (American Telecom Industries ATEL, S.A.), Sleipner, S. A. and Calypso Technology Holdings, Inc.

$CLYW is a developer and supplier of real-time cellular phones software only. $CLYW’s ASNAP switching technology provides greater bandwidth to integrate the existing cellular networks and Internet protocol (IP)-based telecommunications networks without having to replace the existing infrastructure.

According to $CLYW‘s website, the company “developed the solution that allows any mobile device to seamlessly roam between cellular networks and wireless local area networks (WLANs).” Back in 2004, $CLYW received U.S. Patent No. U.S. 6,680,923 B1, “Communication System and Method,” known by a trademarked acronym, ASNAP, which stands for Automatic Switching of Network Access Points.

If you’re familiar with $CLYW or have done your homework on the company, you’d know the company has had an open patent infringement lawsuit with T-Mobile for well over a year.

$CLYW hasn’t had news in a long time and The Dean believes there’s plenty of investors watching this penny stock.

Happy Trading, The Dean
