$BSTK Seeing Growth in European Market

If the CollegeStock Community hasn’t noticed the new $BSTK video on the homepage, The Dean wants all of his students to make sure they check it out.
As exciting as this video is—and there’s more to follow—$BSTK released news this morning announcing that the company is seeing “sizable” progress in the European flashlight market.
$BSTK President Glenn Bushee said in the press release that the company is “very pleased with the progress [the company] is making in just a short amount of time in over 20 countries in Europe.” Mr. Bushee also mentions that he believes European sales for 2010 could double $BSTK‘s entire sales totals for 2009 because of a “multi-prong strategy” kicked-off by $BSTK European President Philip Pinol.
The press release goes on to describe that this sales strategy involves catalog sales, trade shows and penetration into the 23,000 retail stores that could sell $BSTK‘s products. The Dean believes $BSTK has really hit the ground running because these 3 major European catalogs will give the company’s products exposure to approximately 500,000 consumers AND these catalogs are said to be for the government and retail markets.
$BSTK also announced that they recently returned from the International Traffic Trade Show in Spain, where they received their first orders from that country. And potential for more business and good news could only be two weeks away with $BSTK attending Europe’s largest defense trade show, Milipol, on November 17th to the 21st.
$BSTK European President Mr. Pinol also said “the Company has created a unique array of pre-loaded, full-line display cases that the Company believes could be in up to 20% of the 23,000 retail establishments” in the European market. The Dean thinks that could mean that $BSTK‘s products could be flying off the shelves of at least 4,600 retail stores in Europe over the next 18 months.
With these new developments and boosts from the holiday season, The Dean believes $BSTK could really build up some momentum into January, when $BSTK will be attending the SHOT Show in Las Vegas—and they have a history of getting good attention there.
