AuEx Ventures, Inc. (PINK: AUXVF) is a Nevada-based gold and silver exploration company, controlling over 167,000 acres of unpatented mining claims and fee land in Nevada and Utah. Today, AUXVF shares have moved from $4.12 to a high of $6.51, gaining as much as 58%, on news that Fronteer Gold will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of the Company. AUXVF shareholders will reportedly receive 0.645 of a Fronteer Gold (AMEX: FRG) share, $0.66 in cash and 0.5 share in a new exploration company, SpinCo.

Trading as high as $1.01 this morning, NACF shares have gained as much as 90% over Friday’s close of $0.53.
