Blacksands Petroleum, Inc. (OTC: BSPE) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of conventional and unconventional oil and gas fields in North america. The Company currently owns and operates the J.E. Pettus Gas Unit, which includes four active wells and 24 non-producing wells, located in Goliad County, Texas. Although the Company hasn’t issued news since late June, BSPE saw above average volume last week.

Amfil Technologies, Inc. (PINK: AMFE) engages in the manufacture and supply of ozone-based mPact cleaning antimicrobial systems to the food and beverage industry. After market close Friday, the Company reported on the increase in salmonella and other borne-illness outbreaks in the United States, estimated to cost the economy a reported $152 billion.

WBSI $0.43 +7.5%
WebSafety, Inc. (OTC: WBSI) offers its software applications through the Internet, which allow parents or other caregivers to monitor and be notified of occurrences of predator advances, cyber bullying, and pornography received on children’s computers; and cell phone application restrict text messaging while driving and provide location information to parents using GPS technology. This morning, the Company announced it will be contributing a percentage of sales from its suite of mobile safety applications to Benton Elementary School, located in Bossier Parish, Louisiana.
