(NASDAQ: NGBF) holds an exclusive license to commercialize proprietary technology to manufacture an alternative biofuels from vegetable oils and animal fats in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Despite the company’s recent release of weakened financials, NGBF gained more than 30% on more than ten times this NASDAQ stock’s 10-day average volume.

Harbor Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: HRBR) a development stage pharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery, development, and commercialization of products for the treatment of diseases related to aging. HRBR was another newsless price gainer, trading as high as $0.3097 per share and gaining as much as 46% today.

This morning, Stratton Holdings, Inc. (PINK: STHG) announced their mobile subsidiary, Stratton Mobile, was accepted as a company developer in the Apple Developer Program, which is said to be the “portal to the iPhone market.” STHG shares gained more than 23%, trading as high as $0.0052 today.
