Clicker, Inc. (OTC: CLKZ) operates as a web publisher and internet brand builder. Yesterday, the Company announced its wholly owned subsidiary, ForWant Inc., is now working with affiliate.com to publish their offers on forwant.com. This relationship reportedly allows forwant.com property access to affiliate.com’s ad inventory “to roll out through ForWant’s international ad platform, allowing users a broader experience and the brand a larger platform for ad revenue.”

Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc. (OTC: GPXM) engages in the exploration, development and production of mineral properties in Nevada. Today, the Company, who preciously engaged Vibato to re-engineer their SOX environment to establish a strong internal control infrastructure for their future growth plans, announced Vibato delivered a product suite consisting of a risk assessment, segregation of duties analysis, control matrix with complete supplement documentation and full integrated testing plans “in just one day on-site.”
APHY
Assured Pharmacy, Inc. (PINK: APHY) operates specialty pharmacies that provide prescription medications primarily for chronic pain management in the United States. Last Thursday, the Company announced that total sales on a same store basis for the month of July 2010 were $1,422,163, or an average of $67,722 per business day. This reportedly represents a 20.8% increase, as compared to total sales for the same period last year. Although the Company hasn’t issued news since then, APHY gained 31.58% in trading yesterday.

The Amergence Group, Inc. (PINK: AMNG) has certainly been a popular penny stock lately. This morning, the Company announced its strategic partner, Altitude Licensing Corp., has licensed its proprietary AO brand to five retail locations, including four in Colorado and one in California.
