Last week, the Company announced it would be presenting a company overview at the 2010 Global Hunter Securities Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, August 17th, 2010. Additionally, the Company’s recent financial data revealed a loss of $6,312,000 for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.

Intellect Neurosciences, Inc. (OTC: ILNS) is a biopharmaceutical company with an internal preclinical and clinical-stage pipeline and licenses with major pharmaceutical companies covering products in late-stage clinical trials. Late in the trading day Thursday, the Company announced its CEO, Dr. Daniel Chain, was quoted in BioMedReports.com, providing his perspective on recent developments in the field of novel Alzheimer disease therapies, including reasons behind the failure in Eli Lilly’s Semagacestat in Phase 3 clinical trials. The interview reportedly “also offers an in-depth explanation of the drug’s mechanism of action and the merits of Intellect’s differentiated approach.”

Yesterday, Atlantis Technology Group (PINK: ATNP) announced its subsidiary, TellyTube, Inc., launched the TellyTube.tv website, which will allow users to select different advertisers they want to advertise on their on their videos.

BRGO $0.0125 unch
Bergio International, Inc. (OTC: BRGO) offers a range of products made from precious metals, such as gold, Karat gold, and platinum, as well as diamonds and other precious stones. Last Thursday, the Company reported second quarter net sales of $437,893, an increase of 40%. Additionally, income from operations was $37,762, compared to a loss of $93,191 in the same period of 2009.

BMGP $0.154 unch
Biomagnetics Diagnostics Corp. (PINK: BMGP) is a developer of revolutionary diagnostic systems and technology for HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis and malaria detection, and an acquirer of innovative technologies. Last month, the Company announced the signing of two letter of intents: the first to acquire Lanzhou Sanhuan, the developer and patent holder of a unique highly degradable, PVA plastic film with unique gas permeation reduction features; and the second to acquire Zhuhai, an innovative designer and producer of low carbon biofuels. Although the Company hasn’t issued material news in the past month, BMGP remains a popular penny stock.
