MRV Communications Inc (PINK: MRVC) was one of the top performers. The stock moved up 3.31% and closed at $1.87.The company announced that Luxembourg Telecom has elected to expand its nationwide Data Center services over a scalable and reliable low-latency fiber optic network powered by MRV.
